Kibee (“Kibee”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect and handle information when you use kibeeworld.com and the Kibee learning platform.

- Parent/account information: name, email address, phone number and account/login information.
- Child profile information: limited information such as a first name or nickname, age/grade or learning information when provided by a parent or guardian.
- Payment information: payment and transaction details needed to confirm a purchase. Payment credentials are handled by our payment service provider and are not stored by Kibee.
- Technical information: IP address, browser/device information, basic logs and information needed to operate, secure and improve the service.

2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and maintain Kibee, create and manage accounts, process subscriptions and payments, provide customer support, protect the platform from misuse or fraud, communicate important service information, and improve our educational experience.
