These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kibee website and learning platform at kibeeworld.com (“Kibee”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By purchasing a subscription or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Kibee Service

Kibee provides interactive digital educational content and learning activities through a web-based platform. Content, features and supported devices may change as we improve the service.

2. Parent/Guardian Accounts

You must be an adult and authorised to create an account or make a purchase for a child. You agree to provide accurate information and keep account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for supervising a child’s use of Kibee.

3. Subscription and Access

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, a Kibee subscription provides access for the period shown on the purchase page. Access is personal to the purchasing account and may not be sold, transferred, shared, sublicensed or commercially distributed.

We may limit, suspend or terminate access where there is suspected fraud, unauthorised sharing, abuse, security risk or a material breach of these Terms.

4. Payments, Cancellation and Refunds

Prices, taxes (where applicable), subscription duration and payment terms are shown before purchase. Payments are processed through the payment method presented at checkout.

Because Kibee provides digital content that may be made available after purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where we determine that a refund is appropriate, such as a genuine failure to provide the purchased service.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use Kibee only for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You must not copy, scrape, reproduce, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, publicly display or commercially exploit Kibee’s content, software, artwork, characters, audio, text or other materials except where we expressly permit it in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

Kibee and its content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your subscription gives you a limited right to access the service; it does not transfer ownership of any Kibee content to you.

7. Educational Disclaimer

Kibee is intended to support learning and practice. It is not a substitute for a school, teacher, tutor or individual educational assessment. We do not guarantee a particular academic result.

8. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Kibee available and reliable, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, security incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We may modify, add or remove features or content as the service develops.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kibee will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use of Kibee after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
